Absolutely brilliant service from the JJ Cars team. I went to view the Mercedes they had in stock, and instantly fell in love. It ticked all of my boxes by the looks, and on the test drive that secured the deal for me. There was no bumps or knocks, it drove really nicely! I have no constructive criticism to give to the team, they were honestly great throughout!

Luke has been dealing with the sale, and the aftercare as well, and I must say he has been fantastic! I needed a new strut bar for the tale gate, so he ordered that for me and completely took the stress off of my shoulders! He has been a really good guy to buy from, his communication has been top notch and the car is perfect. I can't really fault the team or Luke at all, everything is going brilliantly!

I would say that JJ Premium is an honest business. The gentleman who was my main point of contact was very friendly and not like pushy salesmen I have experienced in the past. From start to finish the experience felt like it was tailored to my needs. I ended up with a gorgeous car that I am over the moon with.

We are very happy with our recent purchase from JJ Premium Cars, the car is doing good. The one thing I wanted to mention was that the car's past owner was clearly a smoker and I was quite disappointed to find such a strong smoke smell in it, it would have been nice to have some kind of discount due to this. Other than that the experience was good and the team were approachable.

I had my Audi from JJ Premium. The car was perfectly clean and presented for viewing. There was a team member on hand to assist with any question/queries. The paperwork side of things was explained really clearly and didn't take too much time. My Audi is absolutely beautiful 👌 just what I was looking for.

A great place to buy a car, there are coffee and refreshments available for customers. A lovely touch when going through paperwork or if you have had a long journey. I purchased a XC60 from JJ Premium and all has been going smoothly with the car. The purchase was also complete in good time. The team are pleasant to deal with.
