I purchased a Discovery Sport from JJ Premium and it is AMAZING! I absolutely love it and I cant thank JJ's enough! They are a great company to deal with, the customer service I received was outstanding. I would actually say they went above any beyond for me. The Discovery was well presented and clean too. Amazing all round.

Customer service at JJ Premium was absolutely wonderful! Without hesitation I would rate them five stars. I dealt with a couple of team members there, each with their respective expertise. So all my questions were answered in depth and I felt really assured about the quality of the car I was buying.

My BMW is to be as expected - no issues and driving well. We were helped by a lovely gentleman during our visit who was knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure to buy and we were able to take a considerable amount of time with the car before we made any decisions. Overall it was great service and I would happily consider returning to this dealership.

They are such a nice team down at this dealership. They are really welcoming and friendly, and do everything they can to find the car that is best for you. They guided me through the transaction well and made it a really stress free experience! I would definitely use these guys again, my BMW is lovely and better than I ever imagined!

A truly brilliant service! Oliver (who was dealing with me) was excellent from the moment I arrived at the dealership. So so helpful with everything, he was great, he was not pushy in the slightest and we didn't experience any hard selling tac tics! Its not often you don't see that, I just thought the staff working here were very polite and wanted to do their best for their customers. Soon after the purchase I noticed there was one dust cap missing on the car, I got on to JJ Premium Cars and within a couple of days the dust cap had been posted and had arrived. The staff at JJ's are very thorough and show top professionalism. I strongly recommend! Just to top it off the Mini I purchased is driving perfectly, I actually enjoy driving more than I used to!
