My Astra is completely fine and I am very much enjoying driving it. I dealt with Troy and he was really helpful and made me feel like a priory while I was buying the car, he took the time to listen to me and explained everything clearly. There is nothing that could have been improved. After the purchase Troy sent me a card to congratulate me on my new car... what a lovely personal touch! I have never experienced that before. I haven't had any issues with the Astra since the purchase but I feel like if I were to I would be well looked after. All I would have to do was call and they wouldn't leave me in the dark.

Nice dealership with a good choice of cars. In my experience I was able to take my time and have a good look round. Staff weren't pushy. Buying process easy. Can't fault them - five stars.

Well let me start by saying I love my car and I am gutted I don't get to drive it everyday! Hopefully in a month or so time that will change and I can make the most of my A7. I would also like to add that the customer care is great, the staff on site are welcoming and approachable. I have already recommended JJ Premium to a couple of my friends on the market for a new car.

We bought an A5 from JJ Premium in September and all is perfect from our end and was really impressed with Troy's customer service on the day. Did have to wait around a little while but we understand that can be unavoidable sometimes and we have not been deterred from using again!

There is not a thing to be found wrong with my A6 - its spot on. Nice car to drive and looks to part too. The team at JJ Premium are lovely, they don't put on any pressure. Would happily return.

I came to JJ Premium to see a BMW 116 and had high hopes for the car. When I saw the car in person it was even better than I expected - in great condition, looking beautifully clean and for a competitive price. In terms of customer service I have no complaints, they were very good and efficient. I was in and out the same day! I got exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased.

My new car has been as good as gold for me... if I had any complaints I would have to say she's a little bit too juicy on the gas... but she is worth every penny 😜 I dealt with a lad called Sam at this superb dealership and I encountered no issues! Do you know what it comes to something when your experience is so good you have to sit back for a minute and think 'is there anything more they could have done for me?' and my honest answer would be no! The customer service I received was nothing short of perfect 👌 Which obviously makes my experience five star quality! On top of that the Audi A4 I purchase is spectacular, there hasn't been a single issue with it to date!

The E-Class has been very good so far no problems at all , I'm very happy with customer service also 5*
