Adam is a great guy to buy your car from, if you do, you know you will be well looked after. I love the Kia that I bought, its such a lovely car. I love driving it, its not really that much different as I had a Nissan Qashqai and they are both quite big cars, this this is much smoother and newer so nicer to drive. The only difference is that the Nissan was only a 1.2 and the Kia is a 2L, so soon shifts. Adam was brilliant with me, I think he is quite new to the dealership but not that is shows. He is very knowledgeable and passionate for his work. I could sing praises all day!! Very satisfied with my experience!

We are very happy with our purchase, the Mercedes is driving lovely! The customer service around this dealership was excellent and the staff that work here are a friendly bunch that will go above and beyond for their customers. My very first impression of JJ Premium Cars was a great one! When I arrived the car was ready to view and in a very nice condition. I have found this wasn't the case at other places so this was a massive green flag for JJ! 🏁 It was a pleasure to deal with the sales chap, he was very polite and sorted everything out. There was no pressure at all and I was able to negotiate a good deal. Top marks from me.

I would have to describe myself as a very satisfied client of JJ Premium Car's, I was able to strike a good deal with them and everything went so smoothly. Everything was explain clearly and I had much choice of the aftersales products without them being pushed upon me. The cars was presented beautifully when I came to view it and had been a joy to own since the purchase.

I bought a Peugeot from JJ Premium Cars for my daughter and she loves it! Which as a mum is lovely to see 😊 Buying the car remotely was very easy and it was delivered quickly when they said it would be. It does feel like a bit of a risk buying remotely but it definitely paid off for us, the car arrived exactly as described and very clean.

Everything went really well with my experience at this dealership. I bought an Insignia and I was able to part exchange my old car non the same day, there was no backwards and forwards to the dealership and I found this to be of great convenience. All of this went really smoothly as well and there were no problems throughout the process. My Insignia has been a welcome upgrade and I am very happy with it.

I bought a Jaguar XE from JJ Premium Cars and it has been doing really well (touch wood of course!) The customer service I got throughout was pretty good too! I never give five stars but these guys are really close so they get four from me!

JJ Premium went above and beyond for me! Due to my working hours I was really struggling to get down to the dealership while they were open so one of the kind gentlemen came in on his day off for me. Despite him being with me 'out of hours' I felt like I still got the full experience. I wasn't rushed and he patiently answered all my questions. After the purchase of the A3 I unfortunately did notice a problem with it but they resolved this really quickly for me and since then its been perfect. I couldn't have asked for better service during and after the purchase.
