I have never received a follow up call before off of a garage asking how things were, so I really appreciated it when I received one off of JJs. The garage were great to deal with, they were very patient with me as I often take my time when buying a car, being a very indecisive person, however, the Mercedes that they I had I couldn't say no to, it was beautiful! Although second hand, it looked brand new from the factory, and drove like a dream. I cant fault the guys one bit and would happily pass on my recommendations of this premium dealership!

My A4 is absolutely awesome! It is a lovely car and is in tip top condition for a second hand car. It is such a smooth drive and picks up pace well when it needs too. The customer service was brilliant, from beginning to end they were spot on with their communication, everything was highly organised, it was a really good overall experience!

Nothing wrong with my car so far, it drives well and gets me from A to B just fine. They did everything they needed too and got the sale over and done with quickly and efficiently. I have no complaints from my end, thank you!

JJ Premium are great to buy from, as even if you do come across an issue they are more than happy to help out. My clutch went on the Fiesta not long after having it, so the guys came and picked up the car from my house and got it all sorted out for me! It was all finished within a few days so I didn't go too long without a car either. Ever since then my car has been sound to drive, running with no issues at all. Their aftersales has been absolutely spot on, I would be more than happy to recommend!

When I first got the car couldn't believe how smooth it was, we have recently done a big journey in it, we drove to Ipswich to visit family and we loved it. I really enjoying driving the car. Its perfect for us all and doing a big journey in it, was lovely and comfortable. Jake was perfect, he went through everything with me, he was absolutely brilliant, I cant fault.
