Starting from my initial correspondence with JJ Premium I was impressed, they were very helpful and responsive. I recently purchased an 8 year old car with them and it is fantastic! It has a completely clean MOT history and it's most recent MOT it also passed with flying colours. All its service are up to date and the car is 'pristine' in all aspects. It just goes to show JJ Premium have a really thorough selection process and the cars they source are of good high quality. Taking all things into consideration I would have to give JJ Premium a five star rating, it would also be a pleasure to purchase here again when it comes round to upgrading in the future.

JJ Premium really looks the part, their showroom is located in a lovely building and finished to a really high standard. I am happy to say that JJ Premium are not just all style and no substance, they back up their well presented premises with a professional and friendly team. The sales people are very welcoming and knowledgeable, I felt like I was in really good hands because when it comes down to it buying a car is one of the larger purchases we make in our lives and we want to know that our hard earned money is being spent well. I can confirm that JJ Premium is a great place to trust for your next vehicle.

My Giulietta is a smashing car, I went to Cornwall and back in it recently and it was a really enjoyable drive. This is the second Giulietta I have had and it is very different, yet similar it the same time! Lots of new mod cons internally. The team at JJ Premium are brilliant, they didn't put any pressure and they let us have a really good look around before deciding.

Luke is great, I had a small issue with my Insignia following the purchase but he got this sorted for me straight away and I am very happy with how the issue was resolved and the aftersales service I received. Being from the motor trade myself I can appreciate that these things happen and what matters is how they are resolved. My car is doing really well now and can only thank Luke for making it as easy as it was to fix.

The team are very thorough at JJ Premium Cars, they took their time to meticulously check over my new car before I took it away. I got a very fair price to part X my old car to put towards the total of the new one with a simple and quick deal we were driving away before we knew it.
