I'm not going to lie, I did have a few issues. HOWEVER, due to the way they were handled and sorted, they deserve nothing less than 5 stars, and if I could give them more I would! The aftersales from JJs is O U T S T A N D I N G, they are more than willing to help no matter what the issue. No issue was too big for them and they got it all sorted for me within a matter of days. Ever since then, my car has been a dream and has been absolutely faultless. Without a doubt I would recommend these guys, mainly for the reason that normally when you have an issue your ignored and left to fend for yourself. But not with these guys, you are truly looked after from start to finish and many months afterwards! Thank you to all the staff there, I will definitely be back!

This Ford Kuga is so well suited to me, it is miles better than my last car and is so convenient. The lady at JJs was fantastic, she was so helpful and really looked after me. This is my second purchase from JJs, the first time round everything ran like clockwork, the staff looked after me and my car was a dream! I have never come across an issue with the staff here whatsoever, they are always on the ball with everything and they do it so well!
