JJs was the best customer service I have ever received, I had a few issues at the beginning where I noticed a few scratches on my car, I let them know and they got it booked in to get sorted straight away. Ever since over coming that slight issue, everything has been a dream. The transaction was so smooth and was as painless as possible. I will definitely keep these guys in mind when we are looking for a new car in a few years!

My Merc is everything I expected it to be and more! I would highly recommend them to anyone after a second hand car in mint condition. Great aftersales provided by this dealership, hence why I have given them 5 stars. When I first found the vehicle online, it looked great. However, when I got to the garage, I did notice a few dents on the body work. Nonetheless, I decided to have the car as it was exactly what I was after. Since the sale, JJ Premium Cars have been in contact to offer and arrange correction on the dents, which I think is very courteous, and highlighted to me how well they look after their customers. I would highly recommend their services to others, and would be more than happy to purchase from them again.

Process was so smooth and easy when purchasing my TT. I wanted a car that was as comfortable but as fun to drive as my previous Golf R. The TT is definitely on par, and has a lovely feel to it. Would definitely recommend JJs, I have had no trouble at all, they have been great with every part of the process.
