Cannot fault JJ premium cars, great service from the start, was left alone to browse the cars and wasn't hassled by pushy salesmen. I dealt with Lucy who was brilliant, they even delivered my car to my door when it was ready and had all the bits done on it I wanted! Well worth the trip to deal with these guys, will use this dealer again and recommend to anyone who needs a car.

I bought a BMW 3 series from JJ premium cars and the experience was terrific. Great communication from the start, they did what they said they would do, they were friendly but relaxed and overall a great buying experience. The actual customer service and dealership was really brilliant!

A fantastic purchase from JJ. The BMW is in great condition. I've had one previously so knew what to expect but am still delighted with my new car. The service its self was brilliant, I'm very thankful for all the help I received from those at the dealership and liked the aftersales call too! I'll definitely be back when I'm looking for something new again.

Out standing service and everyone so helpful down to the smallest of details. No fuss no pain every piece of paperwork explained to you and all paperwork sorted out. The Audi was all ready for me and spotless when I arrived to pick it up. I will always highly recommended.
