Massive thanks to Sam who sold me my new Skoda Octavia and Luke who really helped me with everything after the sale and sorting out a few issues I had, both guys were so helpful and professional and never made me feel uncomfortable or awkward - even when I had an issue and needed help! The car is great now and happy to be back driving it.

After a long search on AutoTrader I found the perfect spec Audi A3 S-Line with the specification I required. The car is 6 years old so naturally you can expect the car to have 6 years worth of wear & tear. However, with this being a prestige/premium dealership I expected the car to be carefully sourced. I travelled from Sheffield on the train to Peterborough, and was greeted by the very professional Jacob who was very efficient. Driving the car home was a delight, there were minor issues with the suspension and one of the B&O speakers in the car, however Jonathan from after sales has been exceptionally accommodating to fix the probes, and has put my mind at rest to ensure I’ve had the perfect buying experience! I just bought a 62 plate motor and Im well impressed with it. Only 19k on the clock and in great condition. I dont drive it too much, but I enjoy it when I do drive it, its been great, a truly lovely car. I was happy to see the helpful and friendly service, everybody was very kind.

Customer service was very very good, I dealt with a really nice lady, she looked after me, was very helpful and talked me through everything very clearly. I was so happy with the service. I bought a BMW and have enjoyed driving it since buying, its been great.
