I enquired about a Mercedes A class, I had a prompt response from Leonie who reserved the car for me and took it off the website. After making my appointment Charlie contacted me having looked into my travel (3 hours away) and arranged for the car to be taken to Grantham which was a little closer to me. I then had the appointment with Jamie who was laid back and not pushy like other sales people, he had the car ready for me on the same day and took in my part ex.

After spending some time looking online, I came across Junction 17, which had a fantastic selection of cars. The one that caught my eye was the Honda Civic. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was exactly as advertised, with no hidden surprises. Since purchasing the car, it has been fantastic, and I absolutely love it. Unsatisfied with the original car I went to see, I decided to pop over to Junction 17, and I am so glad I did. They had an Audi A4 Avant that ticked all of my boxes. The staff at the dealership were fantastic; they were easy to talk to and made the experience a walk in the park. While searching online for an upgrade, I came across Junction 17, which had a fantastic selection of cars. However, when I saw the Vauxhall Astra GTC, I was blown away. When I went to view the car, it was in pristine condition, and during the test drive, it exceeded all of my expectations. A huge thank you to the guys at the dealership; they were friendly, helpful, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision.

I replaced my old Ford Fiesta with the same car, I needed something with a lower millage and Junction 17 Cars in Peterborough had the perfect Fiesta which fully fit the bill. The car has been great, couple little bits of TLC which was needed and only highlighted by Ford directly on the full health check, I am confident these were things Junction 17 Cars wouldn't have been able to know not being Ford Specialists. As great as the car is, the really impressive thing for me was the experience in store, going down, I was about an hour early for my appointment so they told me I could go have a look around some of the cars and help myself to a drink. The cars they have are spectacular. I am a big fan of Subaru's and they had a couple on site which peaked my interest. I asked one of the guys and they even started them up for me.. I was like a kid at Christmas! Really happy with the dealership and I feel like I made the right choice trusting them with my business.
