I have had no problems with my Polo, touch wood it is seeming to be an excellent motor! The gentleman I dealt with was a cracking fella, really easy to get along with - just what you want really. No one is perfect but they are pretty close so I would rate a solid 4 stars!

I came to Karl Smith Car Sales from recommendation, I know a lot of people who have dealt with Jeremy over the years and I have heard good things. They had what I had been looking for in stock and they were the best price so it really was a no brainer. The van has been running really well since the purchase and I am very happy.

My experience basically went - I saw the car, loved it so bought it! Very simple and straightforward as it should be. The team were great to deal with, very friendly. The main push behind buying the car was having a more economical run around and it is serving that purpose very well.

We dealt with a fantastic young lad at Karl Smith Car Sales! He was a breath of fresh air, his attitude towards customers was amazing. We popped down a couple of times to view the car before we made the decision to buy and he was always so welcoming and polite, it was like we knew him! The Ssanyong that we bought is a beautiful car and she is a nice ride too! I took it to South Hampton and back the other week and she was absolutely full to the brim and I was shocked by how economical she was! I really can't complain.

The car was ready when they said it would be and they had done everything they had agreed to do so I was very happy indeed. The car was also presented beautifully - so clean and fresh, it was like new.

So the purchase of my Qashqai was very rushed on my side, I was need of the car very quickly and the guys at Karl Smith Car Sales did everything they could to accommodate this. I can't thank them enough or their co-operation. The Qashqai itself is a brilliant car and hasn't given me any trouble.

All is well with the car I purchased. It runs smoothly and reliably (so far so good). Customer service was great throughout the whole process of requesting a test drive to purchasing the car. Only issue was the payment method, a minor set back due to unforeseen complications with the payment device, this meant I needed to go to the local bank to arrange and set up an electronic money transfer. Other than that the purchase went through within a couple of hours and I drove the car away on the same day. All in all, a smooth sale and a good deal.

Everything is fine with the Suzuki. I've nothing to compare it to, however, they were very polite and courteous. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars because they were faultless. Credit where credit is due (a pat on the back is always welcome in the workplace).

I have never had a problem with the customer service at Karl Smith Car Sales, the team members are obliging to help. They took the time to listen to what my needs were and there was no pushy hard selling. I am thoroughly enjoying my Focus, it is taking me some time to get used to because all the controls are different places and there are so many more mod cons in it!
