Bought a cracking little Fiesta from Karl Smith Car Sales. It runs very well and I have no complaints! Buying the car was nice and straightforward and the chap who I dealt with was easy to get a long with, I would have no hesitation in returning.

Oh my goodness I got caught in torrential rain while I was down at Karl Smith Car Sales... soaked to the bone I was. BUT I have to say in the long run it was worth it, the Honda Jazz I bought is a brilliant car! 🤩 Other than the rain the experience was great and the team were lovely. Would happily return on a sunny day 😜☀️ or maybe even a rainy one too, they were worth it.

I have had no troubles at all with my Kia Sportage and if I did I would know exactly who to call. The team are so helpful that I feel like I have been in safe hands from start to finish. My experience went much as you would expect/hope for it to go; found the car online, went down to view and test drive. All checked out and the guys were fabulous so went ahead with the purchase which was completed efficiently.

As far as car dealers go Karl Smith Car Sales rank high for me! I bought a Fiat Punto from them and the car has been brilliant, exactly as describe and no issues! The team were brilliant and really made me feel like a priority it all my dealings with them. Would happily buy another car from here when the time is right.

Customer service was bob on 👌The gentleman who I was dealing with was courteous and caring. I never felt like there was a rush or any pressure to buy. It was in fact the complete opposite and a very pleasant environment. The process of buying my Vauxhall was as smooth as anything and when I really think about it to only one teeny tiny thing that could have possibly improved my experience would have been a quick phone call just keeping me in the loop after the car was purchase so I knew when I could collect. I would still say that the experience and the dealership on the whole is five stars!!
