I got in touch and firstly dealt with Lewis (I think that was his name - apologies if not) he was really helpful, asked me what I wanted in a car and we had a chat, he was on leave and handed me over to Declann, who had the same approach. Declann's service delivery has been impeccable, he is professional with a friendly attitude and listens well to customers, he is an asset to your organisation. Based on this, I would recommend you to others and will return in the future. In addition, there was a couple of issues with the wheels, Declann communicated with me to get this resolved.
Amazing service off the team, very welcoming, Ben Lambert was great and very helpful and informative when helping me choose the right car to suit me and for the right price, amd when coming in for the handover, Suzanne Bland was amazing, very friendly, welcoming and informative, she helped me set up the app for my car and showed me the controls, amazing team here and would definitely be returning in the near future 5 star service

Arrived to be greeted by Suzanne who was friendly, efficient, polite and had a clear knowledge and understanding of the needs of the customer and the product she was handing over. Suzanne answered all my questions and fully and explained clearly in a professional but friendly way, she even returned my call back in relation to my unfamiliarity with the VW infotainment system and talked me through my issue which was resolved quickly. Excellent service from Suzanne, i wouldnt hesitate to recommend VW Lancaster

Possibly the worst level of communication I've had after buying a car. It can take weeks on weeks to get answers or even sometimes a simple call back. When you do finally speak, no apology or reason for the delays and you often end up dealing with too many people to keep track of names. Professionalism is not something I think this dealership prides itself on. Lancaster Automart/Volkswagen.

Suzanne was very helpful and talked us through the set up and different functions of the car.
First time buyer and the experience couldn’t have been better. The customer service was phenomenal and the whole process was explained brilliantly. As a first time buyer I was nervous about getting ripped off for my lack of knowledge but they did amazing to make sure that didn’t happen and kept me well informed at every step of the way. If you’re nervous about getting a car serviced, this is the place to go! Absolutely brilliant.
