Bought a used Fiat 500 recently, on the day of collection none of the pre-sale touch ups had been done, no valet and no care at all given by the staff. There have been a few jiggles with the car they’ve had no interest in sorting so have sorted with a local garage and the car is now A1 but no thanks to the shoddy service!!

went on the 10/05/2021 to part ex my 2012 vw polo,i spoke to a very nice chap called LUKE HINTON,HE TALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW IN VERY PLEASANT MANOR,WE CHATTED FOR A WHILE AS WE BOTH WENT THROUGH ALL THE PAPERWORK HAD A COUPLE OF COFFEES REALLY FELT AT HOME. I GOT A GREAT DEAL ON MY PART EX THANKS TO LUKE A LOT BETTER THAN I IMAGINED.MANY THANKS TO THE STAFF WHO MADE MY TRANSACTION SO SMOOTH

I have had my Kia from Lookers in Stockport for a while now and I have had no issues with it, it's been great. The car was lovely and clean and in very good shape and a very good price. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend.

Apart from a delay with a private plate on the car Lookers Stockport treated me very well and the customer service was on point. The car they sold me is excellent and drives like a dream, I'm chuffed to bits with it and couldn't of asked for better.

My car is lovley and I got it at an excellent price. However the sales man was a bit cocky and abrupt when I disagreed with him! Try to charge me a £75 admin charge and when I asked what this included I basically got told its to make sure my car was wasn't a write off or that there was no outstanding finance .... I explained that carloans4you did this for free! He got a little bit angry and we had a few debates over price. I bought the car at 18,800 miles but when I picked my car up after around 5 days the mileage had gone up to 20,000 ish! I only notice this around a week later as I wasn't to sure where the mileage figure was.
