I recently purchased a Ford Puma, and while I had a few problems at the start, they've now been sorted out, and I've got my confidence back in the car. The whole experience has been smooth, thanks to Adal. Adal was fantastic—really on it, with no delays. I was getting frustrated because I couldn’t find the right car, but Adal kept in touch with me as much as he could, sending updates and options until he found the perfect one. He really listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect car.

Honestly I couldn't think of anything to complain about with Luv. There was an issue with the dealership when I went to collect the car because Luv sent me the money at the exact time they said they would which was great to know they are true to there word but unfortunately I had to wait another 2 days for the to be prepped. Which isn't a reflection on Luv Car Loans because they did everything they said they would.
