Compared to other car buying experiences I had in the past I really like the pressure free environment at Mainline. It gave me confidence in what I was buying because they weren’t forcing anything, the car sold itself. Again in the past I have come away from other garages with a headache and feeling exhausted but it was an absolute pleasure! I was very well looked after and they couldn’t have been me helpful. They answered all the questions I had at the time, they are great guys!

I am over the moon with my Juke that I bought from Mainline UK. The car runs just as it should and it hasn't given be a single bit of trouble. The guys at the dealership were great to deal with throughout. The team are so down to earth and easy to talk to. They knew all the functions of the car well so were able to give me detailed answers to my questions.

So I arrived at Mainline with one criteria only and that was a BIGGER boot! I asked them to show me what they had that they thought would suit my needs and they did just that. One of the cars they showed to me was an Outlander and that definately had the space I was looking for and then some. I opted to buy the Outlander and it has been perfect. I can't thank them enough for taking the time to listen to me and understand my requirements.

My 208 is absolutely brilliant, I am loving it! I was really taken back by how friendly everyone was is a Mainline, they really did look after me and made me feel like a valued customer. I am 100% satisfied with the customer service I received and would rate 5/5!

I would give Mainline five stars because they did everything I asked them too and you really can't say fairer than that! All the guys I came into contact with were very friendly and down to earth. It was a Ford Focus I bought from them and I am happy with it!

Initially I was dealing with Julian, he carried the sale brilliantly, then when Julian got slightly busy he handed the last bit of the sale over to Ben and both of them were faultless. Both provided such a high level of customer care! I am still really loving the Fiesta, drives good as new and is such a ace little motor. The car was spotless and presented perfectly. I came it view the car quite quickly, I had already seen the Fiesta on the website but I was also open to having a look around at other stock, I went for the Fiesta because when I saw the way it was presented, the fact they and full service history and they knew a lot about the car and the previous owner and that really sold it for me. I came to purchased a great Sportage down from Mainline UK, The car was beautifully clean and beautifully tidy. When its time for an upgrade I will be coming back to Mainline and I do pass on my recommendations to everyone who I come across that is searching for a reliable motor, just like I was.
