Had to wait 2 weeks due to an issue on the car then out of the blue car ready, picked it up and within 2 mile same issue, now its a warranty concern, whilst waiting to get this sorted its developed another concern all within 3 days of picking this up. Still not had service or handbook......they will tell you anything for a sale.....shop elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation. REMEMBER legally you have up to 30 days to have a full refund no matter what they tell you !
I'm extremely happy with the BMW I bought from Marshall and Sons Motors, the staff were really informative any questions I had were made clear to me, the car hasn't had any problems so far and we are now talking 3 months that I have owned my car.

Dealt with a couple of guys from Marshall & Sons, i didnt even try and haggle,the price seemed good. Just seemed like a fairly big dealer, lots of cars and gave me confidence that it wasnt a back street lock up and i could trust them, not a single problem so far with my Kia Sportage

I need the car for a charity i am responsible, casting for cancer and so I Knew what i wanted and not much for them to do and had car checked, made there job easy, made ready for me all clean and sorted. Friendly, could sit in the office and have a chat, was clean and comfortable
