My Mini was unfortunately written off, somebody crashed into me, so it was time for a new one. I love Mini's and found the perfect one with Motor Firm. The team were very friendly and agreed to deliver the car to me as Im quite a distance. I was really happy with the service, they put a years MOT on the car, gave me warranty and it was a very good price. The Mini is lovely, its really really nice. Its a bit more pokey than the other one and Im finally used to it now. The car has got everything in it, its very technical. Im enjoying driving it and very pleased with Motor Firm, thank you.

I recently purchased an Aygo for my son and he is chuffed to bits with it! Its great to see him have that bit more independence! Its great for me too as I'm not constantly running him around anymore, no more TAXI! Great service when buying it, really simple transaction, we were kept up to date throughout, no issues at all. Really lovely guys at Motor Firm, they looked after me well when I was buying my new Honda Civic, I had been chatting to the guys and organised for the car to be delivered to me, they was really helpful, accommodating and worked around me for the delivery etc. The car arrived bang on time looking lovely, it was pristine I was mega impressed. I can't fault the car or Motor Firm at all, 5 stars all round!

I found a Ford Fiesta online when searching for a 1st car for my son, the Fiesta looked and read very well, it ticked all the boxes for what he wanted and I just wanted him in something reliable and safe. He is absolutely over the moon with it really enjoying it. We had no issues what so ever with Motor Firm is was a smooth and quick transaction and I wouldn't hesitate to buy here again.

Very good customer service I had no problems with Motor Firm. I just purchased a Vauxhall Insignia and very happy. It was a big drive home so gave it a good run and its nice to drive and very comfortable. I recommend Motor Firm - good service and great car purchased.

I was in urgent need of a car and I found a BMW 3 Series at a cracking price with Motor Firm - I contacted the dealership and from start to finish it took 24 hours, they knew I was in a rush and took that into consideration, they worked quickly, professionally and efficiently to get me in the car asap. There was 12 MOT put on the car on the day of collection and I'm over the moon with it, its a lovely solid car, very enjoyable to drive. The customer service was brilliant, accommodating and really helpful - no hesitation in using Motor Firm again in the future to buy cars.
