I recently bought a Range Rover Sport from Motor Firm, the boys down there were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. I would be happy to recommend to friends and family and I will definitely buy from them again in the future. The car is brilliant, was a good price and great condition. The Range Rover only really gets used at weekends as I have a van in the week for work, but I really do look forward to driving it on weekends, Its exactly what I wanted.

I bought a Vauxhall Antara from Motor Firm recently, I went to look at a different car with them, and the salesman turned us to this one, we decided we liked the Antara, and left a deposit. The salesman who dealt with us was fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. We was very happy with the car and we took it away. I did notice some faults on the car after purchasing, and its probably my own fault for not test driving. I contacted Motor Firm and explained the problems, I asked them to have it sorted within a week, there was no problems in them doing so. They remained professional and polite even when I was complaining, and they stuck to their word - the work was carried out within the week. I've been back in the car a couple of weeks now and its perfect, it's driving well, running fine - I'm confident the work carried out was to the highest standard. I couldn't fault the service at point of sale, and furthermore, cannot fault the after sales care and service provided.

Amazing service from the first phone call all the way through to delivery. Car has had a fresh MOT done on day before delivery and also a service on the day of delivery, car is immaculate throughout and is a really smooth drive. Can’t fault the service that they offered me, all in all it took 2 days from first phone call, MOT, service and then delivery.

I bought a 2010 mini cooper from these guys when i was desperate. They sold it with one key and promised the other but after 2 months i still have not received it. I had to chase up my V5C continuously, i was told they would pay my road tax and after almost a week i realised i was driving illegally on the road. The staff are very rude in regards to helping they litterally told me to go buy a key myself after promising it to be delivered. I had to replace the aerial, the tyre pressure monitoring system is faulty.. its endless. These guys opperate out of a caranvan(i would not give them the benefit of the doubt like i did).. they take all there pictures on land that is not theres to make there image better. The cars are all left in bad condition in overgrown grass. The staff email like somebody with the spelling of a teenager. I wasted £4270. They didnt even have the means to pay by card without taking further interest on your payment. Please stay away for your sake.

Bought my car and happy to say I love it. Motor Firm worked with me to get a couple of issues sorted qùickly. Good communication and would buy from them again. Here's to many happy miles.
