A great car buying experience all staff polite and friendly, they really go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your vehicle 12 month m.o.t with warranty was included and vehicle serviced also very clean and had that new car smell! Motor Firm have been very helpful every step of the way I feel confident that we have got a great car at a great price

Hi I wouldn’t buy a car from the Motor Firm again ever bout it over 3 months ago and it had knocking noise first day I got it so took to garage and they said few problems that came to £400 motor firm said they would pay 150 towards it after many calls and texts but all this time has passes and all I have had is excuses so let this be a warning it only had one key also and no v5 and no mot certificate so take my advice just don’t buy from these.

Thank you for leaving a review we didn’t even say we will reimburse you you had 3 months warranty also you was claiming for brake pads and discs which was a wear and tear item warranty wouldn’t cover that also it’s impossible to sell a car v5 and mot certificate that’s a lie you have told we take our customers very highly we take our business seriously our customer are our pride

Motor Firm were polite, professional - good a good car for a good price. Even offered to pay for something minor on the car seat which I wasn't too bothered about. Nice guy, made it all easy for me. Happy with the car too.
