Great experience! I've already put plenty of miles on my Q3, so already it's had a brilliant run out. When I was enquiring about the Audi, everyone got back to us within good time and was happy to help where they could. Dealerships closer to me weren't interested or willing to look after us, so we travelled 2 hours to Crewe, but it was worth it. They even went the extra mile to send us a video walking around the car before we made the trip up, and the car didn't disappoint.

My 2 Series is really nice and running well. Gareth was off the scale on the day, I can't compliment him enough. I was quickly offered a test drive on arrival so there was no messing around, all my questions were answered in great detail, and all around, they provided exceptional service. I wouldn't change anything about it. I was so impressed with Gareth's service that I passed his details on to my boss, who is now looking to get a car from here.

From walking into the showroom to purchasing my Audi it has been an amazing experience. Rob was amazing and talked me through the whole process, making everything easy and transparent. After taking it out for a short test drive, I knew it was the car I wanted. When I picked up the keys the car was very well presented, and I drove away happy. I would happily go back to them.

Gareth you were amazing! I can't fault the chap at all because, from the very beginning he made me feel very welcome and relaxed when looking around the showroom. I come on a busy day as well, so I was grateful that he still made the time for me whenever I had any questions that needed answering. I went for the D-Max in the end and it's been an good car, it gets the job done.

In comparison to my previous car buying experience in London, I felt so much more relaxed at Motor Match Crewe and when I compared the two cars, there was no competition for both quality and price. I reckon I've added 1200 miles on the car since and it's been perfect. Thank you to the team.

After driving away, there was a small issue with the battery but as soon as I called Gareth up who was quickly on it and got the issue resolved in no time, but also without kicking up a fuss! Since sorting it out (touch wood) the car hasn't let me down and has been a great little motor. I've only driven it to and from work at the moment but I'm sure when I take it on a some long drives that it won't let me down.

Honesty I can't pick 1 fault with my visit to this dealership and it's all thanks to Gareth for being so trustworthy. When he was showing me around the Audi I was interested in, he told me every aspect of the car that I needed to know about. Even though it was in brilliant condition, there was a chip in the window screen that he made me aware of and told me that this would be fixed before driving it away. This was sorted in time for when I picked up the car. No complaints from me at all!

I visited here back in April and I think it was Rebecca who looked after me while I was enquiring about the Audi A3 and since I made the drive from Cannock, I was keen to ask as many questions as possible. Rebecca was more than happy to answer my questions and she was just brilliant! She exceeded all of my expectations, really putting my mind at ease and making the trip worth while. I would happily recommend Motor Match Crewe!

Since visiting Motor Match Crewe, I've been enjoying my Volkswagen Tiguan quite a bit, and overall, I'm pretty pleased with it. Plus, it got the thumbs up from my son-in-law, who's a mechanic, so that's reassuring. Wayne was the guy who helped us out, and he was great. Everything went smoothly when my daughter and son-in-law went to pick up the car. They took care of everything.
