I'd like to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Jon and the team at Motor Planet. It's been the best car-buying experience of my life, so I felt compelled to write this review to hopefully encourage others to do the same. I live 200 miles away but they had the perfect Ford Mondeo, so I researched thoroughly reading reviews such as this, and I've been absolutely blown away. I've already recommended to all of my friends & family, and will never buy another car from anywhere else.

We've always owned Jags and the latest XE we've bought from Motor Planet is performing brilliantly! It's a joy to drive each day & I'd like to extend thanks to Adam for being so helpful throughout.

Timing's everything....so it was flipping typical that I found the perfect F-Type when I was in hospital having my knee done!!!! Take about Sod's Law...but I went ahead & made the purchase without seeng it as I'd been looking for weeks/months. I'd never bought a car this way before, so made sure I did my research. Motor Planet had some great reviews & lovely stock, so I took the plunge. The car was the perfect colour, low mileage, full service history and 1 previous owner so literally ticked all of my boxes, and certainly didn't disappoint upon delivery - She's a beauty!! I'm still waiting for some sun to get out & about and take her for a proper spin...fingers crossed we'll have a summer this year haha. If you're considering buying a car from Motor Planet you won't be disappointed!

My daughter's currently learning to drive, so we thought we'd best start looking for hr first car. She desperately wanted a Mini, and Motor Planet had a lovely Mini One advertised. the Mini One's have got the smallest engine, so worked well for us insurance wise. We visited the dealership in the pouring rain, and despite being soaked through, had a great purchasing experience. Jon instantly had a really easy-going manner & was both pleasant and professional. My daughters still not passed so I'm using the Mini as a runaround myself and think it's great! Big thanks too Jon & the team at Motor Planet for their help.

Adam and John were excellent! They looked after us every step of the way. I broke down in my Mercedes A Class after I had it but John was so good and just got us booked in straight away to get it sorted and had it back to us in a few days so it was really quick. They were just really really good, even when the Finance company was causing some delays John just got it all sorted for us and liaised with them. We saw the car on Autotrader and then saw they had a video of the car on youtube so it was ideal for us to have a look before going down. We had a good look at the reviews and the stock they had and it all looked positive with the cars looking clean and well looked after. They definitely lived up to that expectation too! We would use them again for our next car!

I saw my Lexus CT online with Motor Planet and though it looked like it was in a really great condition. I went down to have a look at it and it definitely lived up to the pictures and exceeded my expectations! The guys were amazing and arranged to have it delivered for me as I was a bit further away from their base. The service I received was well and truly 5 stars!

I was extremely happy with the service at motor planet, everything was clearly explained no pushy sales pitch. Would 100% recommend this place. Definitely 10/10.

I had an older Range Rover and was on a trip down to Cornwall to see family when it broke down! It was in the middle of all the storms we were having and the only recovery option was back to Wales 🤦‍♂️I decided if I was going to be spending a lot of money on one I may as well get a new one - you have to treat yourself every now and again don't you! Motor Planet Ltd were absolutely amazing at helping me find my Evoque. They took details of what I was looking for and said they would look out for one on my behalf. They even offered to look over any that I found before I bought one to make sure it was decent which was really nice of them as I have no idea what I am looking at with mechanic stuff. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and the level of attention was just brilliant. I have never had that level of attention before and it really made the whole process so smooth and easy! I would have well and truly been in a bind if it wasn't for them as public transport in Wales, where I live, is shocking. It would take me 3 hours to get to work which is a 45 minute drive or would have cost me £75 each way in a taxi 😯 It is so good now driving round in my new Evoque which I know is much more reliable. Loving it!

The guys at Motor Planet Ltd really looked after me well, such good guys! I love my Jaguar XF that I got from them, it is a really nice motor. I travelled all the way from Scotland because the Jag just looked so nice. I saw it online and then just got in touch with them so I could go see it. They have some nice cars on the forecourt too so it was easy enough to find but I reckon they should add an even bigger landmark on google or somewhere so more people can find them as they are such a great dealer! Can't wait to get my private plate on it now to just nicely finish it off.
