I saw my Lexus CT online with Motor Planet and though it looked like it was in a really great condition. I went down to have a look at it and it definitely lived up to the pictures and exceeded my expectations! The guys were amazing and arranged to have it delivered for me as I was a bit further away from their base. The service I received was well and truly 5 stars!

I had an older Range Rover and was on a trip down to Cornwall to see family when it broke down! It was in the middle of all the storms we were having and the only recovery option was back to Wales 🤦‍♂️I decided if I was going to be spending a lot of money on one I may as well get a new one - you have to treat yourself every now and again don't you! Motor Planet Ltd were absolutely amazing at helping me find my Evoque. They took details of what I was looking for and said they would look out for one on my behalf. They even offered to look over any that I found before I bought one to make sure it was decent which was really nice of them as I have no idea what I am looking at with mechanic stuff. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and the level of attention was just brilliant. I have never had that level of attention before and it really made the whole process so smooth and easy! I would have well and truly been in a bind if it wasn't for them as public transport in Wales, where I live, is shocking. It would take me 3 hours to get to work which is a 45 minute drive or would have cost me £75 each way in a taxi 😯 It is so good now driving round in my new Evoque which I know is much more reliable. Loving it!

The guys at Motor Planet Ltd really looked after me well, such good guys! I love my Jaguar XF that I got from them, it is a really nice motor. I travelled all the way from Scotland because the Jag just looked so nice. I saw it online and then just got in touch with them so I could go see it. They have some nice cars on the forecourt too so it was easy enough to find but I reckon they should add an even bigger landmark on google or somewhere so more people can find them as they are such a great dealer! Can't wait to get my private plate on it now to just nicely finish it off.

We've always owned small cars but have recently started doing lots of camping trips, so decided it was best to upsize. We fancied a Nissan Qashqai but they were a little bit outside of our price range, so we readjusted our sights on a Kia. Motor Planet had a Sportage advertised online so we made our enquiry. The staff were great from the moment they answered the phone. We arranged a test drive and popped down to the dealership. Jon greeted us and he's some guy - I had a million and one questions and he explained everything in detail. I appreciated his patience as I must've been asking questions for around 30 minutes. We took the car away and Jons parting sentence was 'call us if you need anything' which I thought was a great attitude to have. The size of the car's taken some getting used to, but we are loving the extra space! It's perfect for all our camping equipment & if the weather ever takes a bad turn, there's enough space for us to sleep in the car haha! My new VW Golf is brilliant! I've recently started a new job and needed a car for the commute. I'd say I've always swayed towards VW's or German made cars as I think the build quality and reliability are generally better. Since collecting it I've put a fair few miles on the clock with the odd road trip here and there...it's running really well and hasn't missed a beat..

It's safe to say I'm a fan of Honda CRVs and have been bobbing around in my trusty little white one for years. It started showing signs of wear and tear so I decided it was time to upgrade. After some online searching I came across Motor Planet, a dealership I hadn't dealt with before as they're around 2 hours from home. They had the perfect newer model advertised on Autotrader—a petrol which suited my needs perfectly given my short-trip driving habits and the issues I faced with diesel filters getting blocked. From the moment I stepped into the garage the staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. The entire purchasing process was remarkably swift and hassle-free. I test-drove the car on a Monday, and by Thursday, I was driving off the forecourt with my new vehicle. To top it off, they even filled up the tank for me since I wasn't local and wanted to avoid the hassle of refuelling. They even took mine in as a part-exchange which was easy peasy! I may not be in the market for another car anytime soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to return to Motor Planet in future. I'll be sure to recommend them to friends and family given the exceptional service I experienced. Big thanks to all.
