Everyone was very friendly at MotorTrust, I just needed a new car for work to be completely honest aha. It’s been alright yeah, I will say that I had a little problem with the clutch, but I dealt with it myself and it’s been sorted. I called up a car buying place and they sent me to MotorTrust and I would buy from them again with how quick and easy it was! I had a look online and then a couple days later I was driving it home. Very quick turn over, nice and easy, definitely 5 stars.

I found Motortrust when looked on Autotrader and I liked the car, did all the paperwork and I got the Mini. I did have to wait a little longer due to me coming a day early. I had a look online and in person and they were all friendly to me- I'd give them 4 stars.

Its been great! After taking my friend to pick up her new car I had a look in the show room and saw the AUDI Q2, and couldn’t walk away from it, the best deal I had seen. Aiden who was the sales guy answered every question I had and made me feel no pressure. After doing overtime, Aiden managed to make it so I could drive it home that day instead of having to wait a week. I felt comfortable with how easy everything was to do, made a complicated system very easy. Being able to drive away the same day I'd give them a five!

After my car was written off, I was looking around for an affordable car. MotorTrust offered the best deal and I felt like the process was easy to sort out and the staff were very friendly.

I was in need of a new car because my other one had broken down. The customer service from Motortrust was okay on the day, however I am currently having some issues with the warning lights on the dashboard going on and off I have contacted them and just waiting for them to get back to me, I was told that the MOT was up to date however it was not which was disappointing. Other than that it's all been okay, customer service was all friendly and answered most of the questions I had.

I was looking for the same car as my old one as I had a accident, MotorTrust had the car I wanted to buy simple as that, same colour same Volkswagen and everything exactly the same car. First time I’ve actually bought a car without seeing it first, but yeah it was fine no problems at all. The car was delivered a little later in the day, but in fairness they had to drive from Manchester, and it was raining all day. Once the car was delivered the handbook wasn’t inside and I would actually quite like that so I will give them a quick call. Overall, it was a nice and a straightforward process.

My overall experience was really good, very easy purchase and amazing people. My previous car was written off so a new car was needed. I was in contact with three different dealers and MotorTrust gave me the best price in terms of APR. I have come across a slight issue with a warning light, I've contacted the dealer and I’m currently looking for a garage that is approved by the warranty, a slight issue but I think it’s an easy fix and we will see. I still trust them and will recommend them to anyone. The people are amazing, friendly and understanding. Some companies can make you feel pressured and MotorTrust didn’t, it was very easy and natural. The name says it all super easy going, a good 5 stars.

I was in need of a new car since my old car was wrote off, a friend had said it was a good a good deal and when she was there on the day they were all friendly. I will say that I am waiting on a refund from a deposit however I have not received this yet I have contacted the dealership and I’m just waiting on a response also I am still waiting on a parcel shelf for the car. The customer service was good and friendly to me. Three stars just due to the wait.
