I'm from London, but was visiting someone up that way so it was convenient at the time to buy from there. Kalum the salesman who was helping me was excellent, very helpful throughout and would give the 10/10! I don't think I would buy from there again, solely because of the distance.

Aiden was very good, very quick service, I knew what I wanted, it all got sorted quickly and I left. Couldn't have asked for more to be honest. Vehicle is all fine. 5/5.

Brilliant service from Aiden, he was so helpful, anything we asked for he did. There was no pressure he left us to it which was nice. The car was spotlessly cleaned for us and even had those mats in which was a nice touch. Honestly couldn't have asked for more from them. 5 stars all the way.

Straightforward process, I was in and out very quick. Jason and another lad helped me out, both of them were easy to deal with, didn't have any problems. 5 out of 5.

We went a couple of weeks before we bought this car to have a look around as we are local to the dealership. We didn't see anything we like the first time however the second time is when we found our now car. What I liked about going to look around is that there was not one over your shoulder the whole time, they just let you go and have a look and you could ask for the keys if you wanted to look inside, there was no pressure or pushiness to buy anything which was appreciated. The staff were just brilliant from start to finish, they were professional and friendly and they weren't robotic haha! They were able to have a normal friendly conversation and a laugh and just made us feel comfortable and valued as customers. You can tell that this dealership cares about their customers, Rizwan and Ashley the manager were both great, I would highly recommend them and this dealership and already have to my sister in law who has been to have a look at some cars. If I could rate 10 stars I would because they deserve it. It is a fantastic dealership and they should all be proud.

I found this dealership through my finance company, and the Mercedes seems to be ok so far. I'm quite far away up in Scotland and got everything sorted quickly and brought the car up to me, the delivery driver was friendly enough, as were the rest of the staff. I was offered additional products which I declined as I felt they were little expensive. I would've also liked a little more communication cos I had to send away for the V5 because it wasn't sent along with the rest of paperwork, it would've been nice to have been told that or been sorted before hand. Overall though it was grand.
