On the day it was brilliant, outstanding. No problems at all. I like their efficiency, politeness and were helpful with info when I asked. Paul was very good, not pushy. I approached him and showed me the cars I wanted to look at and left me to browse. Supportive salesman. He was brilliant, I have already recommended Motortrust Lancaster.

I dealt with Connor when buying the Vauxhall Grandland X from Northwest Trade Centre. The customer service was fine, everything was alright, and I had no issues. Don't see any reason why I wouldn't recommend

Well happy with the vehicle. We had a long travel to see the car so asked for videos and pictures beforehand. Everything was covered before we got there. Had a little bit delay as out slot got pushed back on handover, but they looked after us, offered us drinks. Car was clean. About hour and half later we drove home. We have already recommended this company to others.
