My son bought a car from my motor net. The aftercare service is disgusting any problems they don't want to know never recommend and warranty covers everything apart from what's wrong with the car they're a nightmare.

Hi Jackie, I’ve just seen your review relating to my-motor.net. I’m having real problems with them too. They’re trying to dismiss their legal obligations and I’m close to taking court action. I’d like to hear about your experiences with them, if it’s not too much trouble? It’ll give more weight to the case if I can prove this is not an isolated incident and other individuals are also having, or have had, similar problems. Trading standards may be more likely to impose sanctions and restrict further trading if you do. The information provided in your review is great. Can you give me additional details, including; the car and date of purchase, the faults, the resolve (or lack of) they proposed, who the individuals were you dealt with, your attempts at resolving the situation and the final outcome. Also, any other individuals (and their contact details) you know who have had problems with them would be great. Any help you can give will be really appreciated. I purchased a Renault Laguna from here back in August. The car was very nice and clean and in excellent condition and the dealers have been really helpful and friendly. The car was a very good price and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. I would happily recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
