This stinks of being a fake review by Anonymous. I have purchased several cars (& vans) from the guys at Next Car over the years and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They bend over backwards to help people if there is ever an issue. You do have to ask the question - Anonymous has given 1 star for cleanliness, 1 star for value for money etc.....is there possibly some kind of mental retardation going on? Would a genuine customer buy a genuine vehicle if that was really the case. Sounds more like sour grapes.

Hi Stephen, nice to hear from you. Yes, we can guess the identity of the "snowflake" that has left this nasty, fake review. They have a very "inflated" opinion of themselves.
I bought a very well presented Peugeot 2008 from Ronnie, just after purchase a problem arose with the electrics. Ronnie and staff bent over backwards to rectify the issues. They made sure that I was mobile while they had my car in for repair. Exemplary professional and friendly service.

I have just recently bought an amazing Fiat 500 Abarth from Ronnie at the Inverness branch. The service was second to none, we travelled from Aberdeen to view the car and thought we weren't going to make it in time but Ronnie agreed to stay open late to wait for us. Ronnie was very helpful with all questions and we felt zero pressure to purchase but loved the car and we were giving a full years MOT as it was due to run out within a few months. The car was then delivered to us in Aberdeen which was a massive help with 2 young kids. Would 100% recommend Next Car.

My second car from Nextcar Inverness. Very happy with the honest and trusting customer relationship from the whole team there. (It was a trade-in deal and even that was painless!). Ronnie was patient with all my questions and everything was answered or resolved perfectly. A very human experience and for sure Nextcar will be my port of call for any future car exchanges.

We stumbled upon the perfect VW Polo for my son's first car at Next Car and it is a cracker! Promising to reward him for passing his test first time meant we searched everywhere for the perfect small car, with the added incentive of not being dad's taxi anymore. The small super friendly team at Next Car were pleasant throughout the entire process, and their service has left a lasting impression. We'll certainly turn to Next Car for our future car needs.
