ABSOLUTE JOKE 14/09/2021 left deposit on range rover YG07RPK knowing it would be a wait until 01/10/2021 for collection due to needing suspension work doing as it had a fault. On 30/10/2021 I rang up to ensure car would be ready for collection on 01/10 got told pat would ring me back received a call from Pat to inform me there is a delay in the work being done at the specialists as it requires over £2500 repairs but should be ready for collection the following week. 1 week passed and still a delay due to landrover not getting the parts to the specialists on 12/10/2021 I received a call from the specialists who told me the car is ready but is heavily advised to get new brake lines fitted to to corrosion to the ferruls but that should fail or worst case be advisory on mot (mot done on 17/09/2021 clear of advisories)???? On 20/10/2021 I received a call from the specialists to say northwest autos had finally collected the car and nothing other than a recommendation of brake lines was outstanding on the car. On 20/10/2021 I called Pat to find out when the car would be ready for collection where I was told that to carry on with the sale and the car be ready in a couple of days they would require another £1000 from me to cover some of the repairs yet they knew everything from 21/09/2021 when the car went to the specialists so I declined and told them we have a contract for the full screen price and that is what I would pay. On 21/10/2021 I received a call from Ali to say while they have had the car over the past week (they got it back the afternoon before) they have notices a serious fault that now needs work doing so are deeming the car not fit for purpose and unroadworthy so refunding my deposit. Car is back for sale only with a price increase. No mention of all 6 brake lines on the range rover being replaced.

Just bought my second car off North West Autos, and I'm very happy with the whole process once again.
