The car and service was good. I'd go back to them and I would recommend!

The service at North West Trade Centre was absolutely fantastic, Kieran was brilliant! I've brought quite a few cars from them now and will be back to get a few more. They are all so helpful and understanding, I've already sent a few people there to buy their cars.

We went to a couple of garages as I wanted a small car and the North West Trade Centre had the right one. They went above and beyond for me, they let me take the car to a garage to have it checked and they sorted everything the car needed. Ben in particular was very helpful.

What stood out was the service from Jamie. He was lovely, really helpful and not too pushy. Hopefully I won't need a new car but if I did I would consider them to buy from.

The customer service at the North West Trade Centre Lancaster branch was good. The Hyundai i20 has also been good since the purchase back in July.

All good with the Ford Kuga so far. Jamie was good and answered everything I needed answering. He did everything a car salesman should do, so I was happy with the experience.

The Audi A4 is lovely and nice to drive. I’ve had the cambelt done, and I think there might be something with the clutch, so I’m taking it to a garage to get it checked. My experience with Northwest Trade Centre was really good. Kieran and the team went above and beyond and did everything they could for me. I was originally meant to get another car, but there was something wrong with it, so they gave me other options, including the Audi A4 Avant. I’ve already recommended them and told my sister to get in touch with Kieran to sort herself a car.

I came across the dealership through the finance company I was using so went to have a test drive. On my way home there was an issue so went back and they dealt with it really well. They gave me a courtesy car and they felt really bad about it. When the car was fixed a week later they brought the car to me, no further issues. I like how they had a decent attitude and I would recommend them to others.

I saw a car I liked which was a year younger and a nicer colour to the one I originally went to see but at another branch so I asked about it and then within two days, they brought it from the Preston branch through to Morecambe for me. When it arrived I went in, had a test drive and took it home. Only one key with it but they are happy to help to see if they can find it. Kieron was great. I would return no problems at all.
