The cars perfect. It was a good experience. Junaid dealt with me, he was perfect aswell. l wasn’t expecting it but I got the car same day. I have already recommended this company, I didn’t see any problems.

Originally I was looking for a 1 series BMW, but when I visited the dealership I ended up with a Jaguar. It needed an MOT and valeting before I could pick it up a week later. Junaid was very professional. All went well. Everything’s ok with the car.

My finance company helped find me a certain make of car and the dealership had the car I was after so I went to see it. The original car I got was returned due to issues but they sorted me another one. Communication could be better initially but we got there in the end. Adam was very good, competent and explained everything to me. They delivered the car to me in very good condition. The service is very good. I would probably go back in the future if needed to.

I really like the car, i've had no problems. I liked the colour of the car, not your typical colour and also I read their reviews which looked good online. They need to improve after sales communication but it was a good experience on the day. Somethings the sales person didn’t know about the car but we found out the answers. Haider was very good. The repairs I wanted doing were done prior to collecting. Process took about a week and a half for prep with a smooth handover.

It was really good experience, happy with car & service. North West Trade Centre Preston are local to us so we had a look around. First time using them but felt confident to buy from them, we knew they were established. It was a nice transaction.

Enjoying my new car. Car has an oil leak and told I needed to find vat warranty garage and try get that sorted out but the actual process of getting the car was ok. Chris was the salesman, he was good. no complaints. Price was alright.

Going alright with the BMW I bought, no issues. Went to see the car and it was a great experience, quick and easy, very responsive dealership. Good selection of cars and they let me check the car without any pressure, very accommodating with the test drive and the purchase was easy. Paid the deposit, sorted insurance and collected the car about a week later. I didn’t feel pressured to buy the car and could make my own decision.

Looking for particular car and saw the car advertised at a good price and good mileage. I asked about it at the branch and arrange a test drive. Week later I went to collect. Staff were very good. They told me they would put fuel in but they obviously forgot but i've got no complaints. The car was beautifully presented, clean and spotless.
