I found the dealership experience good, and I'm getting along with the car just fine. There was a roof rack clip missing when I collected the car, and the rain sensor guard keeps falling off. The sales process with Jon was really good, everything was communicated real well. Arthur did a really good job of talking me through the vehicle and the purchasing options, I have no complaints really.

Car is all good, drives smooth, enjoying it. Its an expensive car so wanted to use a proper company so I checked the reviews. Staff were helpful, they got the car ready for us to take away the same day. Chelsea was a lovely girl. She helped us find exactly what we wanted. The whole process was quick and easy.

There was not a single issue, not a single thing that I was bothered by at all. What I liked as well is that it wasn't pushy, the whole experience was nice and relaxed. Matt was excellent throughout my time with Phantom.

Phantom had the Bentley Spur I was after at a price I was interested in, so I went down and had a look. The Bentley was fine, so I went ahead and bought it. There were a bit of issues with the communication after the sale, and some of my questions have not been answered. Overall, I would recommend them to other people.

I went to Phantom as they appear a very reputable company, I didn’t want to buy a car with any issues. They do all the checks and offer warranty for a reasonable amount. All in all, buying the car from Phantom paid off because the car had some issues, nothing very serious. The warranty company were slow to react but its been done now which I didn’t expect but the company seem to be good. The sales person did his job very well

I went there due to their stock of cars they had. The offsite call center where you couldn’t get through wasn’t very good. Took about a week or two to collection. The staff were good, I would recommend.

Phantom were alright, I organised a day off to go collect the car, and it was all ready for me. Apart from the bit of paintwork that was not done, it was all perfect.
