From the moment I laid eyes on my new Aston Martin, it was clear that a new chapter in my automotive journey had begun. Having been a dedicated Porsche owner for many years, the transition was not taken lightly. However, the Aston Martin has completely won me over. Brian, the salesman who looked after me with his knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for cars, made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Alistair was ace. I did not feel under any pressure at all while buying my Mercedes from him. He let me have a good look around the car and let him know in my own time if I wanted to move forward with things, which is what I really liked about Alistair. I'm well and truly made up with my Mercedes; it is a wonderful car and looks stunning.

Browsing online through AutoTrader is what led me to Phantom Motor Company in Wigan. When I went to the dealership, I was introduced to one of their sales executives, whose name was Brian. Brian was fabulous, and he arranged for me to go for a test drive. I was so impressed with the car and how it performed and handled. Since the purchase of my BMW, I've been loving every minute of it. What a great car to drive. It's got to be a high five from me for the service and how pleased I am with the whole experience. 

My BMW is running like clockwork. I have no complaints at all. Alistair, the salesman, was faultless; from start to finish, everything was pretty much perfect. He really did deliver great customer service with his upbeat personality and great wisdom about the cars that he was selling. 

It would not be fair of me to rate Phantom anything less than top marks for all the hard work Chelsea did to make sure it was a stress-free experience for me while buying my Audi Q5 from her. There was not a single question I asked her that she was unable to answer. I'm delighted with my Audi Q5. It is such a beautiful car and drives like a dream.
