No complaints with Phantom. Ellis is a nice guy and answered all my questions. The whole process with was pretty smooth can’t complain about anything! Would recommend.

Cars been fine up to now. I went there as it was more based on the car and they seemed a reputable company. Four stars as would have liked longer warranty but It was a smooth process. Had a test drive and went back few days later when the car had been prepped. Car was fine on collection.

Getting on excellently with the Land Rover and was very happy with my experience at Phantom Motor Company. The only issue was having to wait a good few hours because the wrong car had received the ceramic coating, but this was sorted quickly. Chelsea was absolutely brilliant with everything. She explained everything in detail and went through it all with me. I also had a fault with one of the taillights, and she said to let them know if it didn’t clear up and they’d get it sorted. They did, and I had a brand new taillight fitted. Apart from the ceramic coating issue, everything was excellent.

The experience of purchasing the car from Phantom, and the customer care was excellent. The main reason for me going to Phantom was the X4M they had, It was close to the spec I was after, they had dead good reviews, and they were fairly local.

Alistair was absolutely fine with no problems at all. He let us have a look around the car, and we went out for a drive. Everything was good when we picked it up. We bought a Mercedes GLA. The car has been fine apart from two little issues on the driver’s door. The keyless door lock and an illuminated strip aren’t working, but neither affects the operation of the car. Phantom Motor Company has already arranged to take the car back, provide a courtesy car and get them sorted. So we would still give them a five and we have already recommended them to our son. He has even been looking at their website, and if anything takes his fancy, he’d certainly look at them again.-

Couldn't speak highly enough of the whole experience. I'm really enjoying the BMW X5, and it's a great upgrade from driving a tipper van for work. Gary was excellent. It felt like a very professional environment, and you really got that premium experience when dealing with the team. The little touches, like the gifts, umbrella and bottle of wine, made a real difference and showed they cared about the customer experience. They have a lot of nice cars.

Dealt with Jack, Liam and Amir during the purchase. The customer service was fantastic throughout. Jack went on holiday part way through the process, but everything was handled well. really good experience. I've already sent two close friends to Phantom Motor Company to look at cars. One nearly bought a car but they couldn't get the deal right, and the other test drove a vehicle but decided it wasn't the right car for him

Enjoying the car I purchased from Phantom. They had the specific car I was looking for. Their reputation made me feel confident and they have good marketing. Nia was fine, spot on. Gino was a top lad. I would recommend them.

The Lexus is doing great! I've already recommended Phantom to a few of my family and friends. I knew it was the car I wanted from seeing it online and it had the full service history, Gary was friendly and straight to the point, no problems at all.
