I’ve only bought one car before, and let’s just say it wasn’t the best experience. But this time, Wow, what a difference! I came to Ponko with my friend to check out the BMW, and the service was top-notch. Hayden was incredibly reassuring, and he listened to a few things I pointed out about the car and promised they’d be sorted before I collected it. True to his word, everything was handled perfectly. My wife’s the one who drives the Hyundai, and she's super pleased with it. Couldn’t be happier with my new VW Polo! Things have been going well, and it’s been an absolute pleasure driving it. A big shoutout to Haydn, who was an outstanding salesman throughout the process. He made me feel confident and reassured about the whole transaction from start to finish. When I came in to check out the car, there were a few minor issues, but after bringing them to his attention, Haydn promised to fix everything before the handover, and he absolutely delivered.
