This is my first time using Ponko and everything went well. I thought James listened to everything we wanted out of a car. There was a key mark down the side of the car that needed touching up and on the day of collection the issue was resolved. Making a smooth and on time handover.

I have noticed that the charging in the car doesn't last as long as it says it does, but I'll keep an eye on the battery. Otherwise I'm enjoying it.
