My BMW 1 Series has been great, it is running really nice. I saw it online on Autotrader and it seemed like a good price for the car. I didn't check the reviews but I thought it can’t hurt to go and have a look. The team was really friendly and welcoming. Haydn was absolutely brilliant, he was very knowledgeable and always happy to help. He sorted me out with a test drive and all the good stuff and I was so happy I decided there and then to take it.

My son spotted my Ford Focus online and with Ponko not being far from us we thought why not go and have a look. When we went down it all worked out perfectly. Anthony was lovely and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The process just went so smoothly and it was a great experience. I decided to take away my Focus and I absolutely love it, it is great. It is all absolutely perfect.

My Nissan Juke is working out really well and I am enjoying driving it around. Everyone at Ponko was friendly and helpful. I was being quite funny about the car being dirty when we looked at it but they were happy to get it all sorted and got this cleaned quickly for me. They were very accommodating and happy to help.

My friend recommended Ponko so I had a look online at what they had and then went down to have a look. Asa was looking after me and he was really friendly and got me everything I needed. He sorted me out a test drive in an Audi A1 and it was just beautiful! I was made to feel really comfortable and like I could ask anything. They were very knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely recommend them myself too. My Audi A1 is perfect. I love driving it around, I can't get enough of it.

My Hyndai I40 is brilliant. I am getting on well with it and really enjoying driving it. The customer service at Ponko was really good and I have no complaints at all. I went on a test drive and was really happy with it and then any questions I had they answered with ease!

I couldn't ask for better, they were top tier! They are just brilliant, very professional and smart looking. They answered all questions knowledgeably, I couldn't fault them. I would definitely go back to them in the future. The car is lovely and my son is well happy with it. I can't get him out of it so it is certainly working out well.

My Seat Leon is lovely. It is a great drive and everything is going nicely with it. I am out in it all the time now as I just love the feel of it. The service I got at Ponko was really good, I couldn't fault it at all. I have recommended them to my friends already which is the highest praise I can offer really. Just top notch all round.

I was looking for my first car for a while as I knew what I wanted. I saw the Mini Hatch One on Autotrader and just jumped on it. I didn't want to miss it so I rang Ponko and went down to look at it and it all got sorted so quickly. The customer service was really good, they were helpful and answered any questions I had. They even let me go on the test drive with my parents as they understood I would be less nervous driving with them than a stranger. I really like my Mini, it is the ideal first car and I am really enjoying my freedom that comes with driving it around.

The customer service here was brilliant. Haydn was absolutely amazing, he was so understanding and comforting. He knew it was a big thing for me to buy a new car and took the time to validate my feelings. He was just so supportive! Even the guy on reception was really nice and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I am really appreciative of Haydn and how he understood that I might be uncomfortable surrounded by all the men there. I cannot express how grateful I am to him for making me not feel pressured and answering all of my questions (which were a lot) and being patient with me. He definitely deserves a pay rise! I am really enjoying driving my Volkswagen Polo and they made sure it was super clean for me. I probably took it away half an hour too soon though as I got a bit of a wet bum from where they had cleaned the seats. It is a good job I was only taking it home 😂

I saw my Audi A4 on Autotrader so I rang to get some details about it. It had only just come in so it took a little while to get it all together but they sorted it for me to come and see it a week later. I took it on a test drive and was really happy with it. I took my car there to part-exchange and sorted a deal with them for it. They were really courteous and got all the paperwork sorted for me. The AA insurance cover they sorted for the first week was a god send too so I didn't have to stress about getting it sorted at the weekend.
