When my Honda Jazz got delivered I thought it looked huge! After my last car it is such an upgrade. I couldn't even get 2 bags of shopping in the last one and even when I did it was a massive effort having to lift it up to get it in. My Honda Jazz is so much better, I can fit all my shopping in the boot and it is just at the right height that I don't have to lift it really. I don't go out in it too much at the minute it is just for shopping but I am going to get a car seat put in so I can go out with my great granddaughter when I look after her on Fridays. She is nearly 3 so she is just a bundle of energy so it will be a lot better taking her out so she can burn some of it off. The guys at Ponko have been lovely all the way through, I am not very technical so I spoke to them on the phone and they were so patient talking me through everything and helping me get it all set up.

I am quite an anxious person, especially when it comes to buying a car as I always worry they are going to go in with the hard sales and I don't know how to handle it. Ponko were absolutely brilliant though. It was really refreshing to have no pressure sales and just a really pleasant experience. The service I received was honestly second to none. They just give that feeling of them being completely honest and transparent and they listen to what you want. I have a disabled child so taking out warranty on the paintwork is just pointless for me as I know if the paint is dinked, it is going to be from me putting the wheelchair in the car rather than anything else. The guys at Ponko listened to this though so they knew not to push any kind of sale on me in relation to this. I had an awful journey to the dealership as my train was cancelled so I had to take a lot of other trains and even ended up stuck at a station with no coffee or loos 🤦‍♂️ It was definitely worth it when I did get there though as it is the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. I have even been thinking since, I wonder if you can hire out the garage for events as it is such a nice space! I just think it is absolutely brilliant.

Matthew was quality, although to be fair, I probably made his job dead easy. I just rocked up, knew what I wanted and had it all sorted and with me within a week. They had given it a good clean and had done the wheels and everything for me. I have no complaints at all. My BMW 4 Series is lovely, it is such a smooth drive. I am more than happy with it. Just wish the DVLA would hurry up and send the log book now.

When I came to look at a Ford Mondeo, we had a right laugh as they couldn't find it at first. It turns out someone had moved it and not told the guy showing me around. I did have to laugh at the situation with us just wandering around trying to find it amongst all the cars they have. They were brilliant though, so friendly. I picked their brains a lot and they answered everything I asked. I can't think of any negatives really. Compared to other car garages this was just so much more professional. I was offered a drink, somewhere to sit down and all that jazz. It was as good as it gets really and the car is exactly as I expected, if not better.

I do a lot of travelling to and from work so I need a car that will handle this well. My BMW 3 Series is handling the challenge currently and has been all good. No problems with it so far anyway, touch wood. The level of service you receive at Ponko is very good too. I am very happy with the overall experience.

My Ford Fiesta from Ponko is just lovely. The clutch was a bit dodgy at times but they got that all sorted for me straight away and were really good about it. They have just been really helpful all the way through. They kept in contact with me at all times and the customer service was really good. I genuinely don't have a bad word to say about them.

We are expecting our first child so we definitely needed a bigger car to fit in all the pushchairs and accessories. The Hyundai Tucson seemed perfect for us and was an ideal size. We got one from Ponko and it has been doing really well. There was a slight issue with the passenger door but the guys at the dealership have been more than happy to help get it sorted, they are just waiting for me to be able to take it down now. I had better make time ASAP though before the grand arrival 😂 The guys at the dealership have just been great, they have made everything really simple and easy and answered any questions we had.

We were going to get a bigger caravan so we needed a bigger car for towing it. The Volkswagen Touareg seemed like the best option for this so we decided to go ahead with it. Asa was very helpful all the way through and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite valeted to my standards but when I mentioned it Asa came out with the polish to buff out any marks which was very much appreciated. Typically, after buying the car for the caravan, we didn't end up getting the bigger caravan. It is a good job the car is all going well and is a nice drive.

My BMW X1 is great, I really love it! The customer service here was truly outstanding. I will definitely be coming back, I will even come back when it is due for an oil change. It was just a very pleasurable buying experience.

This is a really good, reputable dealer. I bought my Mini Hatch Cooper from them and I am so happy with it. They got me everything I needed when I was there and even got me the paint protection that I wanted for it.
