I first discovered Ponko through PistonHeads before reaching out to them directly. A gentleman named James assisted us, and he was fantastic—honestly, we couldn’t fault him. Nothing was too much trouble and we’re very happy with the vehicle.

Richard was very welcoming and friendly. He accommodated us nicely to a time that suited us. Upon arrival we were offered teas and coffees and a nice conversation. Richard is a great conversationalist, could talk to him for hours! The sale itself went smoothly and everything I asked for was done and it wasn’t an issue.

I'd certainly return to Ponko if I was looking for another vehicle in future. The process was straightforward, easy and efficient.

Everything's going so well with my Audi A5 - It's a lovely car!! I saw it online and reserved it straight away, then made an appointment to pop down and have a look at it. Hadyn at Ponko handled everything for me and he just made everything super easy and quick - I collected the car just two days later! He deffo deserves 5 stars 🙂
