All is going well with my new Porsche; I am over the moon with it. The staff at Prestige Cars Kent were great, but the person that stood out the most was Paul, who was utterly brilliant.

Joshua was fabulous. It all went well during and after the purchase of our Mercedes. My partner is not that technical, but Joshua took the time to go through the main features of the car. He even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was going okay. My son is now seriously considering getting a car from this dealership also.

The atmosphere at Prestige Cars Kent was welcoming, and the staff, particularly Richard and Phoebe, were a massive credit to your company. They really did go the extra mile to make it a pleasant purchase for me. The handover of my Cupra was unreal, and the car looked like it had just come straight from the manufacturer. This company really set the standard high and fully deserves the five-star rating I have given them. 

It was such a great experience dealing with Richard at Prestige Cars. I had very good communication with him, and the perfect level of detail and advice about the car was given to me. Richard obviously knows his stuff and is super experienced in the motor industry. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to make their next car purchase, and I would use them again. 

I love my BMW. Paul and Phoebe were both fantastic. Overall, the service while buying my car, the handover, and the aftercare made me rate this dealer 10/10. Paul and Phoebe were a delight to deal with during the sales process. Their expertise in the motor industry made me feel comfortable spending my hard-earned money with them. The handover was seamless, and they had all the documentation ready for me, so all I had to do was put my signature on the paperwork. When I realised that the tow bar had not been removed from the car, I brought it back to them, and despite the oversight, the dealership handled it quickly and efficiently. Credit to them for rectifying this minor hiccup so promptly. A great review should not only highlight the positives but also acknowledge any challenges a customer comes across in a constructive manner.

I was looking to purchase a BMW 3 series, and I managed to find one that ticked all the right boxes on AutoTrader with Prestige Cars Kent. My Audi has been wonderful. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the reversing camera that was not playing ball. But fear not! When I reached out to Prestige Cars Kent, they were nothing but apologetic. They quickly arranged for the car to be returned to them at zero cost to me. Josh was a little superstar, and I could not have asked for more from him. This experience ranks among the best dealership interactions I have ever had. When the time comes for me to buy another car, you can guarantee that I'll be returning here.
