We are delighted with our Kia Sportage that we bought from Prestige Cars Kent. The car is lovely, and we both enjoy the time we get to spend driving it. James and Jess were both awesome, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Any questions I had or concerns were dealt with promptly, and this gave us great confidence buying our car from this company.

All I can say is that the customer service from Paul and the team at Prestige Cars is top-notch. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door of the dealership, and they allowed me plenty of time to inspect the car without breathing down my neck. The handover was swift, and the lady that looked after me was lovely and she went through the car's main features with me.

I was highly impressed with the service from AK during the purchase of my Tesla. I was given the time I needed to look around the car without him trying to exert any pressure on me. All the paperwork was ready for me to sign on collection, so there was no unnecessary waiting around. From start to finish it was a smooth transition.

James was very clear, and he explained things well. He did not use any hard sales tactics, which I liked about him, this tends to happen in lots of companies sadly and it can become very off-putting. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service from James. 

I'm over the moon with my Citroen DS3; it drives like a dream. There was a crack in the windscreen when I collected the car, but when I made the dealership aware of this, they were on the ball to get the car back to the garage quickly to get it repaired for me. I really appreciated them taking ownership of things, unlike most dealerships that don't seem to be bothered once they have sold a car to you. 

A huge thanks to Amandeep at Prestige Cars Kent for providing such an amazing service. My Mercedes, both inside and out, was immaculate on collection, and I did not have to wait around for long before I was able to drive away in my new car. I have spoken to Amandeep about coming back soon because I have a Range Rover Sport which I will be looking to part exchange. A solid 5/5.

My Audi is doing exactly what I need it to do and getting the job done without any hiccups. I found Ross to be incredibly helpful while purchasing my car from Prestige Cars in Orpington. He guided me through things with ease and made the entire transaction hassle free.

I bought a BMW 2 series because the insurance was extremely high on a BMW 4 series, which I originally wanted. It does the job that I need it to do, so I have no complaints really. Paul, the sales guy, was very polite, informative and never came across as pushy. Another dealer I went to was like a cold-calling company, ringing me about four times a day, which was so off-putting, so it was a big relief to me that Paul and Prestige Cars Kent did not operate this way.

So far, everything is going great with my Ford Focus; I have had no issues at all with it up to now. Good customer service from James; he made it a very simple transaction.
