Recently bought my car using Prestige Cars Kent's online buying service, and I’m very happy with how fast the application was finished and how quickly my Land Rover was delivered. The only issue I had was with my insurance company, which refused to insure me. Luckily, I am now on the road and use it every now and then.

I originally booked in to see a Kia Sportage, but I ended up buying a Hyundai. They offered me a test drive, which I didn’t take up to save myself the embarrassment (it was my first time buying an automatic haha). They showed me how to hook my phone up to the car which was a nice touch. One very happy customer!

I previously bought a car from Prestige Cars Kent, but decided to come back for the newer model. I dealt with a chap called Alex who was great...a young man who was polite and a bit naïve. He reminds me of my grandson! But he has the makings of a great salesman. Daisy’s handover was great and lovely; she was very easy to deal with. The previous staff from last time were amazing, too. I’d give them both 5 stars. They pointed out everything and made everything clear.

The car's been great aside from a small issue with the perforated coolant pipe and a slight oil leak, but I'm not too concerned. I will contact Prestige Cars Kent during half term at uni to repair it. Luckily, I don't live far from them. I dealt with James, who was helpful, and Daisy was great at answering all my questions. Overall, I’d give my experience 5/5

Refreshingly, Prestige Cars Kent treated me like a valued customer when I came to collect my new car today. Daisy made the whole procedure go smoothly and efficiently, helping me with any questions or anything I was unsure about, coupled with a friendly personality. Richard also deserves a special mention as he went out of his way, and spent some time to make sure I was fully familiar and confident with the car before I drove away. All in all a very pleasant experience.
