Travelled 240 miles to Prestige Motors Direct in Newton Le Willows to buy a lovely Kia 7 seater and the Car was exactly as described. lovely condition and a very good example. It had full service history and was a very well cared for example. The sales staff were very nice and friendly and I would very highly recommend them as they have great staff and a lot of vehicles in stock.
Bought megane gt line recently and I'm very pleased with it. Had problem with radio but the problem was resolved very efficiently. All sorted. Paul and Robin very good help.
Very poor customer service, after a month of waiting for our car to be delivered after many issues and being fobbed off we got the car with a sizeable chip in windscreen. We previously cancelled agreement as the car broke down on the way to our house but later agreeded to take it when it was 100%. We were promised half our deposit back when agreeing new deal, still waiting..... Don't do it, go to a dealer that actually cares about the customer. Taking legal action if it's not resolved soon
Walked away from the deal. Various assurances not met by required timescales. Unsatisfactory Whilst in reception waiting, other customers had similar issues. Would never darken their doorstep again.

Really pleased with new car and everything ready for when we picked car up.
Car was miss described milage, customer care not good not clean when collected once they got your. Money don't want to know, Take a good mechanic with you.
The vehicle was not as described, stated full service history, it had missed services, was told if the car had less than 6 months they would MOT it, over 6 months they wouldnt. On their paperwork they had the MOT down for over 6 months remaining, when we checked it was only 5 months remaining. Take for ages to respond, really disorganised. The vehicle was advertised with Rear DVD's, they dont work, missing the remotes and headphones! The battery was beyond holding the charge and we had to call RAC out, now had the battery changed which the have agreed to reimburse and complete the MOT. Not so lucky on the service yet, still trying to resolve issues. RAC checked vehicle over and found the rear brakes to be on the limit before require changing.

These are very friendly at the beginning. But after you have paid for your car, it's another story. It's allways "smashy" !!!! They broke the rear mirror when they washed the car and more than one month to fix it. But before that, I called and visited them so many times.... the only answer was: "come back tomorrow, the part will be delivered..." and one day "we have ordered the wrong part, come in two days...." and at last, no new part for the mirror, they fixed it with a glue.... more than one month to buy "glue".... what are these guys??? not super heros.... Moreover, they provide me papers for the cars in three times... and they provided me the spare keys because I asked for them many times, too. so don't buy a car to these
