When I arrived I was greeted, showed to the car and a full walk around was done, the car couldn't have looked any better, everything was as it should be and it was pristine inside and out. We sealed the deal there and then, it couldn't have been easier! I will be back for my next purchase, and the one after that!

I recently bought an Audi A4 from RDM direct, the boys down there were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. I would like to start by saying how helpful Nick and Sam at RDM Direct was, during and after the purchase of my Vauxhall Astra! Not long after buying it I experienced some issues with the car so I contacted the dealer straight away, they were really helpful in organising and sorting out, the customer service from Nick and Sam has been brilliant throughout and they have both been so helpful. Although I've had issues with the car I'm pleased with how they have been dealt with, this wouldn't change my decision to recommend and use again in the future.

Smooth transaction buying my new BMW X5 the car was delivered to me and the driver was fantastic he showed me round the whole car explained all the gadgets and how everything works, he was really enthusiastic and I felt he was excited for me.
