I bought my vehicle for cash in Sept 2013 but was not offered any discount for no part-exchange. The car had a 'wet-dog' smell which they promised would be rectified before I collected it also they were going to correct a few dents in the bodywork but it was apparent on collection that the smell and the dents were still there. They had the vehicle back to valet it but one year on and the car still smells the same. I've been told from somewhere else the carpets are mouldy underneath. I emailed them with the problem but had no further response from them. I feel like they had my money now they don't want to know!

If, upon arriving to collect my new vehicle, I noticed that things that had been agreed to had not been done, I certainly wouldn't pay the balance and drive it away.

Extremely helpful with me at Riverside Car Sales in Burton on Trent. The only thing is that I was there for 5 hours because the car was at the workshop which is 10 mins away so they were waiting for a part to come, which wasnt there fault. I had my mother with me in this time and she was diabetic and the salesmen who worked for riverside was so helpful and understanding an got some food for my mum to eat. Very considerate. I am 110 mile away from this dealership in York but i will still go back down when im next looking for a car
