I am pensioner (71) bought a mini, mot day before, however it needed 1 tyre fitted, a cheap one, all others were run flat also 2 rubbers missing of pedals. Surely this is a mot failure. He blocked my number, don't buy from Route 66.
I purchased the Audi A5 Coupe from Link Sports Cars Ltd / D&M Trading. The Audi A5 Coupe is not as described. The Audi had 2 faults. The first was on the same day of purchase, which was a faulty passenger door handle. This meant that the door wouldn't open from the outside and was only discovered once I took ownership of the car. I have subsequently had this repaired at my own cost. The second, is the heater box unit, buried deep behind the dashboard. It is very loud and clearly doesn't work properly. Now calls aren't being answered by Mark, or making any effort to make amends. AVOID AVOID AVOID..!!!

Hi I bought Mercedes w204 2008 nice car and gd deal Mark don then after this bought s class 320d 2004 and Mini Cooper 1 all running gd with no faults gd customer satisfaction and all friendly staff wod recommend to others!
This dealer has operated under several names: Route 66, Lincs Sports Cars and now D&M Trading. All out of the same premises, same people, just different signs over the door. Judging by what I have read, the names are changed any time a lawsuit is brought against them. I went to look at 2 cars over the course of a year - both I chose not to buy. One was parked inside but so far towards the rear, it was clearly not ready to take out for a test drive, nor had it been valeted. The second vehicle - a BMW 6 series convertible - was of reasonable mileage and at a premium price at the time. The cream interior looked as it if it had been used for transporting sacks of coal, and had numerous small areas of trim damage, scratches as well as a high number of exterior stonechips. Upon raising the fabric roof, it was heavily covered in green mould/moss, where it had obviously been outdoors in a damp environment and not cleaned or properly prepared for sale. On both occasions the car I took along for p/ex was in far better cosmetic and (probably) mechanical condition as from the visual evidence, both vehicles that I viewed had not been well cared for and certainly not detailed in order to appeal to buyers.

How can we stop the owner of this business from trading, I'm ill with worry and anxiety because of that man, I had a loan for the car I bought and now it's undriveable and when I read all the reviews it makes me so upset. Please someone stop him and his garage sidekick.
Been a nightmare from day one. Loads of problems. Luckily warranty paid some after dispute. Out of 5 weeks had car 2days. Nearly 2000 in repairs. Treated terribly and been sleepless 5 weeks worrying. Put all our savings into car. Never again.
I bought a Smart car from him, the next morning I broke down, battery flat, engine mount damaged, I FOUND A FLOOR MAT IN THE ENGINE, he inserted a floor mat in the engine to minimise the noise and shaking, my health and safety was at risk when driving back home. When I emailed him to state my rights and ask for a refund he told me: "stop bloody crying you bought a cheap car". He should be banned from trading. The cars are not even serviced properly before selling. The company is called D&M Trading, they come up as Lincs Sport car as well.

I just don't understand how that evil man and his sidekick can still get away with conning us all , but the more people go through citizens advice, the more their name will keep popping up and trading standards will get involved he needs to be stopped before he kills someone, all this has made me ill , so spread the word about this idiot and let's make him stop

He said exactly the same to me !!!!

@Zoe @Mandy i have bought the car 5 months ago now and believe me i am still disgusted by these people. All has been raised with Citizens Advice & Trading Standards but if they keep changing names.... something serious need to be done to these guys... i raised a dispute with my bank but unfortunately lost as this is a very complicated case, these guys are simply liars, I regret so much buying from them.

A complete disaster from the word go,the company has changed its name 3 times in the last year trying to hide from people who have been ripped off by its owner, dont let his charm fool you. AVOID 47 LONDON RD KIRTON at all costs and buy elsewhere.

Does anyone have an email address for Lincs sports cars or d&m trading? I too have been a victim and have been unable to find an email address where I can send them written confirmation that I am rejecting the car. Absolutely disgraceful. Have no faith that I will succeed in getting my money back. Proceeding with a claim against them under the consumer rights act. However, have a feeling it will not be honoured.
Zoe Griffin in response to Zoe
Just go through to citizens advise and follow their procedures! Send them letters saying you want your money back , I got my money back through my bank he will get caught and will be stopped one day !!! I'm contacting Lincolnshire trading standards and I'll see what they say.
I bought a bmw m3 of this mark drove all the way from South Wales with my son, when we arrived and took car out of garage oil light came on showing low now on a 20000 car u expect this to be spot on, anyway took car home and within a week car broke down we eventually agreed for him to come and collect the car as we did not want it as we didn't trust the car anymore we did get most of our money back however after exsplaining to mark that my wife was going through breast cancer at the time so we needed all our money to buy another car to take her for treatment, we still got robbed of £800 pound, stay well clear the only good thing about that place is the lady who does the finance moira, very nice lady
I have bought two cars from this dealer, the first has served our family well for nearly two years. The second (a cheaper runabout) was a disaster that ended up costing both myself and this dealer a lot of money, wasted time and inconvenience. I understand this business has taken steps to improve, especially on after sales by providing warranties inline with current consumer guidelines/recommendations.
