Just recently bought 2 cars from Route 66 in Boston, one car was for me and the other was for my wife we are both happy with our cars. Mark the owner offered good professional help and let us test drive and inspect any car without fuss would recommend.

I recently agreed to buy a car from this car dealership and dealt directly with the dealer owner. Having agreed a deal, arranged the finance and then travelled to Boston the night before and booked the hotel, I text Mark the owner to say I would be in at 9am to collect my car. Later than evening he text back to say he had sold it to somebody else. He would not return my calls or even offer to pay for my expenses. This dealer has no integrity and I echoed the comments of others. Do not buy a car or deal with Route 66 Lincs.

After reading the above posts about Route 66 Lincs I was a bit worried. However I went along to view the car. Really pleased I did as the car was as described. Mark the salesman explained the posts were an attempt to destroy the business reputation by his ex parter.

After buying a car from this garage, a few minor problems occurred. They just do not want to know, will not answer the phone and full of false promises.

Found a vehicle online from Route 66 Lincs, I emailed with an offer hoping to barter to a cheaper deal. An email was returned with "errr No" and then no further responses. Totally not impressed and even thou I would of paid the full asking price I feel as thou it's not a very customer friendly company. After that I would not buy. If the company try's to deny this I have the email saved on my desktop.

Car not as described on auto trader. Not "Showroom" condition at all. Dealer became abusive and evasive when asked questions about what appeared to be a recent paint job on the car. Shouted abuse at me across the car park as I left. Not the way to treat someone who came 80 miles with a wad of cash ready to buy the car. Never go here!!
