The car we bought was very nice but the level of service from this company is a joke! First of all they quoted us a price then when we came to buy it they said the price was wrong and put it up £200. We asked them if they could honour their mistake and the point blank refused. We liked the car so we said okay. The engine management light came on two days after we bought it. We called and they told us to go to a local garage, get it fixed and they would call and pay it. We had the work done then they completely just refused to pay (this was only £165) This week I have tried to call them 14 times, sent 3 emails and left 2 voicemails and nobody seems to respond This company take your money and run. They do not take responsibility for anything. I will never be buying from them again and I would advise anyone else to look elsewhere. Don’t be fooled by the nice looking cars!

I have been looking for a car for months and unfortunately I work night shifts so every time I had out an enquiry through about a car I wasn’t able to pick up any calls… however Khloe didn’t give up and once I had answered I couldn’t decide which car I wanted but her patience and customer service was spot on! She made sure I was happy and felt nervous for me! I picked up my Mercedes C class and am in love! Everyone was so friendly on arrival at the pick up location, car was spotless took it for a test drive and got paperwork sorted and I was off home. She also gave me a courtesy call the next day to check I got home safely and how I was feeling about my car! Literal sweetheart ❤️ Amazing experience highly recommend!
