I spoke with Khloe at Stamford and was struck by her warmth and consultative manner. I run an executive recruitment business dealing mainly with senior sales people and the industry I work in has become a lot more professional and consultative. If Khloe was in my industry I would have seen her as a really strong prospect for the new and more importantly right breed of sales person. It was refreshing to have someone in car sales who was happy to think more laterally than just getting the deal. Nothing seemed too much to ask and if you didn’t have an answer for it, she came back to me quickly. It seems crazy to think it’s so hard to get people to do the simple things. She did. Brought a BMW from these guys and the whole process was seamless. From the initial enquiry with Michael all the way to the day I collected it. Very pleasant, vibrant and modern company with fantastic yard and office. I even took my four year old son on the day of collection due to his passion for cars and he was treated like a star by the employees there. The only struggle I had on the day is hailing a taxi to get me from the station to the unit as it's a little out of the way but overall with the dealer it was a 5 star experience.

Collected my C class today. Great experience from start to finish. Josh was the guy that sold me my car, Explained everything, no pressure just great advice on what can be added to car. The result was a great looking car at an even better price. Collected car today,Chloe looked after me.
