I was looking to purchase a new car and wow did I come to the right place, everything from start to finish was professional to a high standard. Natalie dealt with my purchase and was there to sort and answer anything I was on the phone to check, she was extremely helpful and professional all the way through. She also got the ball rolling quick and had my car delivered within a week from looking to buy to it sitting on my drive. The quality of workmanship in the vehicles is top tier when having any added on purchases, I would highly recommend to use this company.

Incredible customer service and AMAZING cars!!!! Purchased a Audi Q5 S line and they made it look phenomenal. Michael is an asset to S James Prestige, he kept me updated throughout the process from sourcing me the exact car I was after through to sending before and after videos! Michael even arranged for us to be picked up from the train station! 10/10 customer service and worth the travel down from Manchester. My car was even better in person! I contacted S james prestige just to enquire about a car but from the moment I enquire about the car the whole experience and service provided by Natalie and the team at S James Prestige was absolutely amazing!!!! At 18 years old Natalie bent over backwards to get me approved for finance.
